But the real benefits are the systems flxibilty, the advantages of allowing your customers more control over their dining out experience and the benefits to your business and staff.
In real terms this means eliminating unnecessary visits by staff (See: More info) to the
customers table. This means customers can now spend more time eating and less time waiting.
User Help:
Each page on the system has a user help screen. Each screen is context sensitive (i.e. it only dispalys information relevant to the page the user is viewing. eg If the user is placing an order, only information for that page is shown.
Buttons:
Supported Regions: Because different regions can operate with different time zones and currencies, this switches the application to the appropriate operating mode.
Business: This is where staff login to the system. (ID's and passwords must be entered)
Customers: All customers of the establishment access the system from here
There is one application with 10 modes of operetion:
1) Restaurant Only: The restaurant has no public bar - All food and drinks are delivered to the customers table.
2) Restaurant/Cafe and Bar: The Restaurant/Cafe has a public bar - As well as food and drink served at tables. Memebers of the public can purchase drinks at the bar without ordering food.
3) Restaurant/Cafe and Bar: The Restaurant/Cafe provides home delivery as a service.
4) Cafe and Bar: Cafes and Bistros serving food.
5) Take Aways Only: Take Aways and Food Bars.
6) Pubs: Pubs/Drinks Bars/Wine Bars
7) Fast Food Outlet: e.g. McDonald's, Burger King

9) Club/Pub: Club or Pub with table service.
10) Hotel:
